Jon Rolph Managing Director

Jon joined talkbackTHAMES as Head of Scripted Comedy in August 2011. Jon is responsible for driving the scripted comedy business forward including finding, developing and nurturing new writing talent.
Phil Bowker Comedy Editor

Phil Bowker joined FremantleMedia UK (formerly talkbackTHAMES) in March 2008 as a Comedy Editor. He writes, produces and directs E4’s PhoneShop and continues to develop and produce new scripted comedy projects.

Jane Bell, Jon Macqueen, Matthew Mulot Development Team

Matthew, Jon and Jane, as Retort's Development Team, are responsible for finding, developing and producing new scripted comedies for Retort, from both new and established writers and performers.
